AMP Capital Investors
Through an ongoing relationship, Vista Consulting has successfully delivered many projects to help AMP Capital manage its property assets. Using data from a number of systems including JDEdwards, and RMS, these projects provide tools to better manage both the operational and strategic aspects of property and fund management. The tools provide AMP Capital the ability to analyse information in areas of tenancy/lease information, occupancy levels, tenant arrears exposure, retail sales performance, tenant/industry mix, financial performance, investment return, fund management etc. These tools are not only used internally, but are used to automate the provision of information to external owners of assets with reduced effort and improved accuracy.

Westfield
Westfield uses Vista Consulting to develop CorVu solutions in both its BrandSpace and HR divisions. In HR, Westfield uses data from Peoplesoft to manage Turnover and Recruitment, Headcount, Salary Review and Succession Planning. The BrandSpace division uses CorVu to analyse data from their RMS system to manage their business including short-term leasing, signage, displays and promotions. The tools allow detailed anaylsis of sales against targets and measures performance of key business metrics.
