Breville
The project designed a data warehouse to combine data from different countries in which Breville operates. This database was used as a source to develop a series of CorVu reports to help Breville manage the sales, inventory, costs and manufacturing aspects of their business. These reports allow detailed analysis of common KPIs such as gross margin %, stock turnover, product lead times, as well as complex models which forecast their ability to meet demand for products.

AARNet
Vista Consulting delivered a solution to help AARNet manage the financial aspects of its business delivering internet solutions to Australia’s tertiary education sector. Vista Consulting used CorVu’s CorPlanning software to create financial models accessible via their intranet. The models built, allowed them to forecast traffic usage and revenue by customer. It also allowed them to budget and forecast expenses relating to operations and capital expenditure and to flow these models into profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reporting. The solution interfaced with their GL system FinanceOne to populate data models and for reporting. The solution also provided an interface to manage the workflow of the budgeting and forecasting process.
