The project created a detailed design for a staffing budget and forecasting solution. The design combined shift modeling and employee entitlement data to create cost centre FTE cost budgets and forecasts and associated reporting. This solution design utilised CorVu’s CorBusiness, CorPlanning, CorPortfolio and HyperVu products.
